No more reading M-Pesa statements line by line
Matching rent payments by hand means going through M-Pesa messages or statements, working out who each payment is from, and updating a book or spreadsheet. With many units, payments get missed and tenants dispute their balances.
With ITORAMA every Paybill payment is recorded the moment it arrives, against the tenant whose account number was used, with its M-Pesa code kept for reference.

Reminders and penalties that follow the rules you set
Tenants who haven’t paid are reminded by SMS. If you charge for late payment, ITORAMA adds the penalty at your rate, on the day you choose.
A penalty is only fair if it is right: when the money had already arrived before the penalty was charged, ITORAMA corrects it automatically.
Cash and bank payments in the same place
Not every tenant pays by M-Pesa. Record cash and cheques by hand, or upload your bank statement as an Excel or CSV file: ITORAMA matches the deposits to your tenants for you to confirm.
Whichever way rent comes in, it appears in one list of payments received, and every tenant’s statement shows the whole story.
