Yes. When you add your tenants, from the screen or an Excel sheet, you enter what each one owes, and their balances start from there.
Yes. Each person on your team has their own sign-in and a role on each property: a caretaker can record payments without seeing your accounts, for example. You can fine-tune what any one person may do.
Your account is yours alone; team members see only what you allow. You can turn on two-step sign-in, so a password on its own is never enough to get in.
